Title |
Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of cmtR-deleted mutant and wild-type strains Transcriptomes in Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra |
Organism |
Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Compare the gene expression difference between MRA_2010 knockout strains and wild-type strains by RNA sequencing in Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra. The goal of this study is that detection cmtR acts as a transcriptional factor and regulates the target genes expression.
