Series GSE138110 Query DataSets for GSE138110
Status Public on Apr 28, 2020
Title METTL5, an 18S rRNA-specific m6A methyltransferase, modulates expression of stress response genes
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Other
Summary Input mRNAs and ribosome protected fragments (RPFs) from wildtype and Mettl5 knockout (KO) B16 cells were analyzed by TruSeq Ribo Profile (Illumina) library preparation and high throughput sequencing

Overall design Mouse melanoma B16 cells were grown in standard conditions (DMEM + 10% FBS + Pen/Strep (100U / mL)). Input mRNAs and RPFs were isolated, ribosomal RNAs were depleted and cDNA libraries were prepared according to the TruSeq Ribo Profile pipeline (Illumina)
