Title |
METTL5, an 18S rRNA-specific m6A methyltransferase, modulates expression of stress response genes |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing Other
|
Summary |
Input mRNAs and ribosome protected fragments (RPFs) from wildtype and Mettl5 knockout (KO) B16 cells were analyzed by TruSeq Ribo Profile (Illumina) library preparation and high throughput sequencing
|
|
|
Overall design |
Mouse melanoma B16 cells were grown in standard conditions (DMEM + 10% FBS + Pen/Strep (100U / mL)). Input mRNAs and RPFs were isolated, ribosomal RNAs were depleted and cDNA libraries were prepared according to the TruSeq Ribo Profile pipeline (Illumina)
