| Title |
Cortical RORb is required for layer 4 transcriptional identity and barrel integrity |
| Organism |
Mus musculus |
| Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
| Summary |
RNA-seq and ATAC-seq from layer 4 cortical neurons expressing RORb-gfp or GFP in an RORb KO.
|
| |
|
| Overall design |
RNA-seq and ATAC-seq from FACS isolated neruons. RNA-seq was carried out on ~1000 L4 S1 neurons from mice of different ages (P2, P7, and P30). ATAC-seq was carred out on ~40,000 L4 neurons from P28-P30 mice. All samples were collected from a pool of cells taken from at least 1 male and 1 female.
