Title |
Single-nucleus chromatin accessibility maps of IDH mutant gliomas point to non-coding RNAs as a major influence on heterogeneity |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We generated chromatin accessibility maps from 5 tumors, 336 individual nuclei, using the Fluidigm HT IFC microfluidics platform (snATAC-Seq). We were able to identify variable promoter accessibility of non-coding RNAs in LGGs. Our results point to increased CYTOR promoter accessibility in IDH-intact samples. We obtained two distinct clusters, primarily driven by histology, with a more constrained IDH-codel/oligodendroglioma cluster.
