Title Gene expression profile of thymus transplantation based spontaneous murine T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) model
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We adapted a spontaneously-arising, genetically-heterogeneous, thymic transplantation-based murine model of T-ALL, recapitulating key histopathological and genetic features of the human disease, to the preclinical testing of targeted and immune-directed therapies.

Overall design Wild-type thymus-derived T-ALL samples, Notch3 knockout thymus-derived T-ALL samples, and controls were subjected to RNA sequencing
