Summary To dissect the gene regulatory networks operating during soybean seed development, we identified the binding sites genome-wide for transcription factor in soybean seeds during seed development using ChIP-seq
 
Overall design Identification of soybean WOX9-like binding sites in soybean seeds during seed development. ChIP and total chromatin controls (input) were obtained for two replicates. Samples were sequenced using the Illumina HiSeq2500 platform.
