Summary |
We analyzed the individual transcriptomes of thymic Treg cells (CD4+Foxp3+), their immediate precursors (CD25+CD4+Foxp3-) and mature CD4 single positive thymocytes (CD4+Foxp3-CD25-CD62L+CD24-).

Overall design |
To gain insight into characteristic features of thymocytes producing IL-2 in situ, single-cell RNA sequencing data was collected from mature CD25-Foxp3-CD4SP, CD25+Foxp3- and Foxp3+ CD4SP thymocytes.
