Title mSeq of total and polysome bound mRNAs in two yeast strains

Summary We report on how the association of mRNA to translating ribosomes changes due to the absence of the expansion segment 27L in S. cerevisiae. We observe specific enrichment and depletion of mRNA sets from rmutant ribosomes which reshapes the proteome.
 
Overall design Examination of total and ribosome associated mRNA in wild-type and Δ27Lb yeast yJD1045 strain depleted of genome rDNA. rRNA is exclusively plasmid borne.
