Summary Analysis of the transcriptional response to treatment with glucocorticoids in human fibroblasts entering oncogene-induced senescence.
Overall design BJ-hTert-B-RAF-V600E human cells treated for 24-120 hours with doxycycline to induce B-Raf-V600E expression were treated with clobetasol or compound A for 2 hours before harvest or during the entire time with doxycycline. At least three replicates per sample. Differential expression with clobetasol assessed against control with DMSO (vehicle).
