Summary |
We report knockdown of Crebl2 in C2C12 and Hepa1-6 cells to explore its function in metabolism. To understand its role we perform RNS-Seq of control and Crebl2 RNAi cells in both cell lines.

Overall design |
Hepa1-6 cells were treated with control (Renilla Luciferase) and Crebl2 siRNAs for three days, RNA was extracted and then sequenced.
