Summary Transcriptome of PHHs isolated from hCLiP-transplanted mouse chimeric liver was compared with those of cryopreserved PHHs.
 
Overall design hCLiPs at passage 0 (FCL and DUX) or passage 1 (JFC) were transplanted to cDNA-uPA/SCID mice, and repoulation was performed for 11 weeks. Then, repopulated human hepatocytes were isolated by two-step collagenase perfusion followed by mouse cell depletion via MACS.
