| Title |
Reprogramming of primary human hepatocytes (PHHs) into hCLiPs |
| Organism |
Homo sapiens |
| Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
| Summary |
PHHs were cultured in the presence of small molecules and converted to proliferative progenitor cells named human chemcically induced progenitors (hCLiPs).
|
| |
|
| Overall design |
PHHs were reprogrammed into hCLiPs by culturing them with FBS and two small molecules A83-01 and CHIR99021 (termed AC). PHHs cultured with FBS in the absence of AC were used as control.
