Title Reprogramming of primary human hepatocytes (PHHs) into hCLiPs
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary PHHs were cultured in the presence of small molecules and converted to proliferative progenitor cells named human chemcically induced progenitors (hCLiPs).

Overall design PHHs were reprogrammed into hCLiPs by culturing them with FBS and two small molecules A83-01 and CHIR99021 (termed AC). PHHs cultured with FBS in the absence of AC were used as control.
