Title Transcriptional profiling analysis of C.albicans mnn9D/D null mutant [K060]
Organism Candida albicans
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary Whole genome microarray were used to generated the transcriptional profile of Candida albicans mnn9D/D null mutant vs. isogenic strain CAI4 (WT)

Overall design Comparisons of expression profiles of mnn9D/D mutant and isogenic wild-type were performed in exponential growth at 28ºC (grown in yeast form) and under filamentation-inducing conditions at 37ºC for 15, 60 and 180 min. Three replicates were performed, corresponding to 2 biological independent replicates (Rep1 and Rep 3) and one dye swap experiment (Rep 2). Eurogentec arrays, bach K060H.
