Title |
Identification of Rfx6-dependent genes in the adult mouse ileon by RNAseq |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The goal of this experiment was to identify Rfx6-regulated genes in the ileum of adult mice by comparative transcriptome studies, 8 days and 3 months after Rfx6 removal .

|
Overall design |
Rfx6f/f; Vilin-CreERT2 referred as Rfx6ΔAdIntmice were generated. Rfx6 was deleted by tamoxifen treatment. Ileum of mutant (Rfx6f/f; Vilin-CreERT2) and control mice (Rfx6f/+, or Rfx6f/f) were harvested 8 days and 3 months after tamoxifen treatment and RNA extracted.
