Title |
RNAseq of prostate cancer cells (PC3 and DU145) treated with 2.5 uM pentamidine or vehicle |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To uncover the mechanism underlying the effect of pentamidine on prostate cancer cells, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to compare the transcriptional difference between pentamidine- and vehicle-treated prostate cancer cells (PC3 and DU145 cells).

Overall design |
mRNA profiles of PC3 and DU145 cells treated with 2.5 uM pentamidine or vehicle were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina Novaseq 6000 PE150.
