Summary |
The cDC2 subset is heterogeneous. We found the expression of T-bet delineates two distinct cDC2 subsets. Transcriptional profiling and analysis of chromatin accessibility in newly defined DC subsets identifies phenotypic specialisation and transcriptional regulators.
