Summary |
CAFs are the major regulators in tumor microenviroment which promote cancer progression. We want to know which miRNAs changed in human CAFs compared to NFs. We used microarrays to detail the mature miRNA expression and identified distinct classes of 2-fold changed miRNAs during this process.

Overall design |
NFs and CAFs were isolated from normal or bladder cancer tissues, respectively from 3 individuals. And cells were used for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
