Summary R273H mutant p53 is a DNA-contact mutant that renders p53 dysfunctional due to a single substitution of Arg273 for His273, which occurs commonly in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) of p53 together with promoter microarray identified the target genes of p53-R273H mutant in the TNBC cell MDA-MB-468.
 
Overall design Identify the target genes and the binding-motif of p53-R724H mutant.
