Title IL-1β induces the rapid secretion of the antimicrobial protein IL-26 from Th17 cells

Summary We investigated how IL-1β and anti-CD3/CD28 stimulation affected gene expression in IL-1RI+ and IL-1RI- Th17 cells by RNA sequencing.
 
Overall design IL-1RI+ and IL-1RI- Th17 cells were sorted from three donors and treated with media as a control, IL-1β, or anti-CD3/CD28 antibody complexes for a total of 18 samples.
