RNA was isolated from cultured human LEC and BEC. Libraries were prepared using the Illumina TruSeq Small RNA Sample Preparation Kit, then sequenced on a NextSeq 500 Illumina instrument, generating 50 bp single-end reads. Data was analyzed using PartekFlow analysis software
