We sought to assess genome-wide transcriptomic profiles governed by loss of SLX4IP expression in latent D2.OR breast cancer cells
 
Overall design We propagated parental and SLX4IP-depleted D2.OR cells in 3D-culture for 7 days, at which point total RNA was isolated and subsequently subjected to Affymetrix GeneChip Mouse Gene 2.0 ST Array analysis. Arrays were peformed in triplicate for each cell line.
