Title Single-cell RNA sequencing of E12.5 mouse thalamus
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary In this study we performed single-cell sequencing of E12.5 mouse diencephalon revealing different newly generated neurons and their associated molecular features.

Overall design Design: Single-cell suspensions were prepared using Accumax digestion followed by manual trituration using a Pasteur pipette. Cells were processed with the 10X Genomics Chromium Single Cell Kit Version 1
