Title |
Inverse data-driven modelling and multiomics analysis reveals PHGDH as a metabolic signature of M2 macrophages |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
RNAseq data from C57BL/6 bone marrow-derived macrophages that were stimulated with IL-4 in the presence or absence of the PHGDH inhibitor CBR-5884.
|
|
|
Overall design |
BMDM were pre-treated with either 30 µM CBR-5884 (AxonMedchem) or solvent. Thereafter, 10 ng/ml IL-4 (Peprotech) was added and cells were harvested 24h later for RNA isolation.
