| Title |
Relative accessability of HSV1 genomic DNA compared with its host cell (ATAC-seq) |
| Organisms |
Homo sapiens; Human alphaherpesvirus 1 strain KOS |

|
| Summary |
To compare the relative accessability of HSV1 DNA compared with its host DNA, we performed ATAC-seq analysis.
|
| |
|
| Overall design |
Cells were left uninfected; infected for 2, 4, or 6 hours; or infected for 6 hours in the presence of phosphonoacetic acid to prevent genome replication. ATAC-seq was performed as per standard published protocols.
