Summary Cells starved 3 days in phenol red free DMEM with 10% charcoal dextran treated FBS, then treated for 45min with 10nM E2
 
Overall design 2 independed biological replicates where processed for libraries. Sequenced independently and analyzed in parallel on the same pipeline. Experiment was done using ER ChIP library vs input library generated from the prepared non-enriched chromatin. Processed peak datafile represents ChIP/Treat vs Input/Control, replicate1 and replicate 2 kept separate and requiring called peaks in both replicates.
