Title RNA-seq analysis of LSK from Oga(Vav-Cre) mice compared to wildtype

Summary In order to define HSC dysfunction in Oga mutant mice, we examined transcriptional deregulation in LSK cells from Oga(Vav-cre) mice in comparison to wildtype and found 41 downregulated and 12 upregulated genes
 
Overall design RNA-Seq of LSK cells from 3 Oga(Vav-cre) female mice and 3 wildtype female mice
