| Overall design |
Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from one healthy human donor were processed on the Chromium 3' single cell platform (10x Genomics) and sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 2500. FASTQ data were preprocessed using CellRanger.
