Title The impact on reprogramming of Msx2
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report that we make the high-profiling for transcriptome to detect the impact on reprogramming of transcription factor Msx2 at different time points during reprogramming. Based on the technology of overexpression and Knock down for Msx2, we can observe the changes of transcriptomes in contrast with control group. We get the connections between Msx2 and BMP signaling, and other meaningful results, but we should make further validation.

Overall design Examination of the impact on reprogramming of Msx2
