Overall design |
A total number of 10 RNA samples from Cryptococcus neoformans are analyzed. Six of them correspond to control growth conditions (three biological replicates taken after 7 hours and three after 24 h of growth). Four of them correspond to titan-like cells promoting growth conditons (two taken after 7 h and two taken after 24 h of growth).
