Title Extensive recovery of embryonic enhancer and gene memory stored in hypomethylated enhancer DNA.

Summary To understand how dynamics of enhancer features correlates with gene expression in adult tissue and during development, we analyzed histone modifications, chromatin accesibility, DNA methylation and gene expression at multiple time points during mouse development and adult mice.
 
Overall design We conducted RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, and WGBS experiments using purified intestinal epithleal cells from mouse embryos and adult cells.
