Title |
Single-cell gene expression data from Ventricular-Subventricular Zone (V-SVZ) cells |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We performed large-scale single cell profiling of V-SVZ cells, following separate dissections of the lateral and septal walls of 8-10 week old male and female mice.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Using an automated microwell array platform and commercially available mRNA capture beads, we generated single-cell RNA-seq profiles of dissociated V-SVZ cells without any prior cell sorting or filtering.
The rows of each of the *Basic.txt files annotate the cell type for each cell in each of the two corresponding single-cell gene expression matrix files.
