Title CUT&RUN chromatin profiling of endogenously tagged and native BATF

Summary Primary human CD4+ T cells were isolated and an N-terminal GFP tag was inserted into the endogenous BATF locus. CUT&RUN using anti-GFP or anti-BATF antibodies was performed to assay chromatin occupancy. Libraries were prepared and sequenced on Illumina NextSeq platform.
 
Overall design CUT&RUN using BATF or GFP antibodies followed by library preparation and 75 nt paired-end sequencing on Illumina NextSeq machines
