Title Role of SKN-1 in dpy-7 and osmotic gene induction
Organism Caenorhabditis elegans
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report the use of mRNA sequencing to analyze the role of SKN-1 in regulation of genes under two conditions, dpy-7 mutants and high osmolarity.

Overall design Total RNA was prepared from gravid young adult Caenorhabditis elegans with three biological replicates and sent to the Yale Center for Genome Analysis for 75 nucleotide single-end sequencing in an Illumina HiSeq 2000. Sequence files were processed with Kallisto to quantify transcripts and Sleuth for differential adundance analysis.
