Series GSE106624 Query DataSets for GSE106624
Status Public on Feb 01, 2018
Title ETV1 and FOXF1 cistrome in wildtype GIST48, GIST-T1, MDA-PCa2b, and ETV1 or FOXF1 knocked-down GIST48 cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary ChIP profiles were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina HiSeq.

Overall design To examine the specific binding pattern of ETV1 and FOXF1 in different cell lineages, we performed performed ETV1 and FOXF1 ChIP-sequencing in GIST48 and MDA-PCa2b
To directly examine whether FOXF1 can modulate binding of other transcription factors in GIST, we performed ETV1 and FOXF1 ChIP-sequencing in GIST48 cells with ETV1 or FOXF1 knockdown.
