Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary
In this study, we compared genomic H3K4me3 and gene expression profiles before and after methionine restriction in human cancer cells and mouse liver. The goals are to understand the influences of nutrient availability on genomic architecture of histone modification and gene expression.
Overall design
We compared H3K4me3 ChIP-seq and RNA-seq data in HCT116 cells cultured in medium containing high (100μM) and low (3μM) methionine, and in liver of C57BL/6J mice fed with diet containing high (0.86% Kcal) and low (0.12% Kcal) methionine.
