Title RNA-Seq of different Clytia female gonad tissues and oocytes at different growth stage

Summary We aimed to quantify in silico the expression level of candidate genes in different Clytia gonad tissues and oocytes at different growth stage
 
Overall design A total of 8 samples were analysed: 4 different gonad samples; 2 biological replicates for each. In order to obtain a high enough RNA concentration for each sample we pooled tissues and oocytes that had been dissected in different days, under the same conditions and same jellyfish age.
