The Human Promoter ChIP-on-chip Microarray Set is specifically designed for location analysis of human DNA-binding proteins by pairing chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) with Agilent DNA microarrays. Each microarray contains optimized and validated probes specifically designed for ChIP-on-chip. Coupled with Agilent's probe selection and stringent design processes, the set delivers robust hybridization and reliable binding data with greater true binding events and fewer false positives. ~17,000 of the best-defined human transcripts represented as defined by RefSeq Enriched content sourced from UCSC hg18, NCBI build 36.1 (March 2006) Set covers -5.5kb upstream to +2.5kb downstream of the transcriptional start sites Individual slide contents defined by Array Design ID 1 x 244K slide format printed using Agilent's 60-mer SurePrint technology 2 slides per set. Each slide contains one 244K microarray.
