Platform GPL3814 Query DataSets for GPL3814
Status Public on Jul 03, 2006
Title White tiling and microRNA array
Technology type in situ oligonucleotide
Distribution custom-commercial
Organism Drosophila melanogaster
Manufacturer LC Sciences (Houston, TX, USA)
Manufacture protocol MicroRNA probes were designed by LC Sciences (based on Sanger Institute miRBase repository sequences on November 17, 2005). LNA-modified RNA probes were synthesized in situ using photogenerated acid coupled with conventional DMT chemistry (LNA-modification ensures Tm-normalization). Synthesis was performed on a µParaflo microfluidic chip.
