Description The H10K microarray includes 9182 cDNA human clones from the Incyte Human Unigene 1 collection. The cDNA inserts were amplified from replica plate cultures by PCR, purified and mechanically spotted onto polylysine-coated microscope slides using an OmniGrid robotic spotter (GeneMachines, San Carlo, CA). Printed slides were post-processed according to the procedures on the Stanford website with some modifications: http://cmgm.stanford.edu/pbrown/protocols/index.html.
