Description
IntelliGene® Cyano CHIP Ver.2.0 is a product which is arrayed and immobilized with the DNA fragments of ORF (Open Reading Frame) derived from Synechocystis sp. PCC6803, a photosynthetic gram-negative bacterium on a slide glass. Approximately 2,954 DNA fragments are arrayed. Further detailed information about ORF name, Genetic symbol and Gene name in Array list can be obtained from CyanoBase (http://www.kazusa.or.jp/cyano/ index.html) in Kazusa DNA Research Institute.
