Description

A custom-made oligo microarray (60-mer length) platform (FraGenomics 35k) containing a total of 35234 singletons corresponding to those sequences published in the strawberry genome project (http://www.strawberry.org). For each sequence, 4 different oligos were printed per block and four blocks were printed per data set.
