Description Nylon macroarray (7 x 11 cm) with 6144 positions: 6035 single spotted yeast ORF/non-ORF gene probes; 45 probes for rRNA controls and 15 probes for B. subtilis genes as spiked controls. Probes are PCR fragments comprising the whole ORF (5558 cases) or a 1000 bp-fragment from the ORF 3' end (451 cases).
