Part of RNA polymerase II transcription regulator complex. Is expressed in several structures, including 1st branchial arch; genitourinary system; gut; hemolymphoid system gland; and nervous system. Used to study ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in obesity. Orthologous to human NR1H3 (nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group H member 3).
