Summary
Overexpressed Salmonella typhimurium YhjH (STM3611) enhances motitility, counteracts cellulose biosynthesis and the rdar phenotype, and mediates cyclic-di-GMP degradation. YhjH is a c-di-GMP phosphodiesterase involved in regulation of the switch from flagellar motility to sessile behavior and curli expression at the end of exponential growth .
