  1. CysB contributed to the reduced T3SS gene expression and bacterial pathogenesis by directly regulating the sensor kinase RetS.

  2. CysB was identified as a novel regulator of pqsR and PQS production, but, unlike other CysB-controlled genes, it does not appear to regulate pqsR in response to cysteine.
