Acts upstream of or within several processes, including histone H4-K12 deacetylation; negative regulation of cardiac muscle cell differentiation; and regulation of transcription, DNA-templated. Located in cytoplasm and nucleus. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; brain; early conceptus; embryo mesenchyme; and sensory organ. Used to study endometriosis.
