UV effects in mouse melanocytes

(Submitter supplied) Ultraviolet (UV) radiation is a major melanoma risk factor, yet underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood. Here we introduce a mouse model permitting fluorescence-aided melanocyte imaging and isolation following in vivo UV irradiation.
