(Submitter supplied) In colorectal cancer (CRC), chromosomal instability (CIN) is typically studied using comparative-genomic hybridization (CGH) arrays. We studied paired (tumor and surrounding healthy) fresh-frozen tissue from 86 CRC patients using Illumina’s Infinium-based SNP array.
