GDNF/GFRA1 signaling contributes to chemo- and radioresistance in glioblastoma

(Submitter supplied) Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most common primary brain tumor in adults, characterized by an inherent aggressivity and resistance to treatment leading to poor prognoses.
