Characterization of the role of RBFOX2 in the liver

(Submitter supplied) Here we investigate the role of the splicing factor RBFOX2 in the liver. Our work describes a new regulatory mechanism where RBFOX2 controls cholesterol level, by coordinating the inclusion/exclusion of alternatively spliced exons in the liver.
